Based in London, this MA offers students access to top scholars, thinkers and practitioners drawn from sport and its academic study. It is directed by Ed Smith, the writer, commentator and former cricketer.
The course enables the student to undertake research on any specific aspect of sports history over the last two centuries. Assessment is by dissertation.
There are thirteen evening seminars by guest lecturers, including: Mike Brearley, Sir Clive Woodward, Mervyn King (Lord King of Lothbury) and Prof. C.J.Young. (More details on our Facebook page).
